About Ginyan Commercial Properties

Jan van den Bergh has been involved in the property industry since 1975 during which time he covered all the divisions in the Corporate environment. In 2004, circumstances forced him to re-strategise and seek his own pastures. Jan is also a keen property investor using the double – trust structure and is passionate about the property industry.

Ginyan is a Hebrew derivative meaning creating wealth. Our main objective is to serve the interest of the Landlords. We aim to render an exceptional client service based on honesty and integrity and good corporate governance.
